These Terms of Service govern your use of buildpetals.com and purchases from Build Petals, a brand of Blockies LLC ("Build Petals," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and blind boxes

Build Petals sells building block florals and related products. Each mystery floral purchase contains one randomly selected floral from our available assortment of 270+ designs. Specific designs cannot be selected, and duplicate designs may occur when purchasing more than one floral.

Product colors, packaging, and small details may vary slightly from photographs. Build Petals products are compatible with many major building block systems, but Build Petals is an independent brand and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO or other third-party building block brands.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the complete order total are shown during checkout before payment.

Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart when an order reaches an eligible quantity. An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Shipping

Orders ship from the United States. Available destinations, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times appear during checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly at howdy@buildpetals.com if an order contains an address error.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Mystery blind box purchases are final sale except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or when applicable law requires otherwise. Our current cancellation, exchange, return, and refund rules are available on the Shipping & Returns page at https://www.buildpetals.com/shipping-returns and are incorporated into these terms.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact howdy@buildpetals.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Website use

You may use this website only for lawful personal or commercial shopping purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse automated systems, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate another party's rights.

Intellectual property

The Build Petals name, branding, website design, product photography, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Blockies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit that content without written authorization.

Third-party services

Payments, shipping, analytics, and other website functions may be provided by third parties. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.buildpetals.com/privacy-policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Build Petals and Blockies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer protection rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, website, or legal obligations. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
